Since we're talking degrees, what does a UT degree in Business Analytics with a colateral in Supply Chain management, and a dual major in marketing graduating Summa Cumlada get you? Also, an internship abroad to Australia is in there too.

What happened to just majoring in Logistics and Transportation? Getting fancy these days.

My brother-in-law is retired Navy and a current teacher in Tennessee. Traditional conservative guy who has done well and provides for his kids. If she wants to be a liberal trailblazer she shouldn't let him finance it.

I guess I'm just pointing out that you can have a masters in social work that has nothing to do with being conservative or liberal. It's simply another path to counseling that doesn't require a full Ph.D.

I'm not telling anyone what to fund with their own money. I was just curious why the degree path in question was a point of concern. No biggie.

They pretty much know which path she would've taken. Last time I visited (Mizzou game two seasons ago) they had a knockdown screamfest about Ferguson and the BLM movement. If she wants to have radical kill the police viewpoints as a nurse? They'll pay for it. If not? Go to night classes.

That can get a person a decent job with companies like Compass Minerals, Olin, Morton, Brenntag, Chemours, GE, etc. Literally hundreds of companies.

I'm guessing he's meaning the text messages between AJ and the girl, where it apparently shows that the girl reached out to AJ to hook up that night.

Thanks

Hard part for me to really grasp is the new thing being told to college athletes is that a girl can say yes yes yes yes yes then can he her mind and say no and that's still rape if the male doesn't stop immediately

Not sure text messages really prove anything considering that

This is the same kind of thinking I had with this from the beginning and why I wanted to settle at the start. Way to long a list of potential mishaps with protocol

@wesrucker247: The more I learn about Title IX enforcement, the more I wonder how any university is going to avoid getting in trouble. Schools can’t win.

All I can do is laugh about some of this

@ClayTravis: Drae Bowles' didn't testify before criminal grand jury per @tennessean: https://t.co/t39agT6dyd

Notice how all this is leaked every few days to keep the story in the news? Betcha those cited in the story as "in the know" are plaintiff's attorneys. I mean grand jury testimony is supposed to be not available to the public. They are playing the media like a cheap set of drums and the Tennessean is too stupid to see it or they are colluding, which is what I suspect.

Would like our legal posters to tell us if there are any consequences if a lawyer is found to be leaking info to the press

Thanks

They don't prove anything, but this isn't a case where you're likely to find a smoking gun - nobody is going to have proof.

It does, however, lend credence to his story that this was a consensual encounter. Credence goes a long way in a criminal case where she is required to prove 'beyond reasonable doubt' to convict him of anything.
