all that is need regarding the bowles butch saga, is the phone records of the two. see if butch actually called drae. if not game over. if so, more digging will be needed. and no i don't care if i misspelled the kids name.

A Boy has crush on a girl, that girl wanted another guy, that guy and girl get involved, then that girl regrets it. Everyone has been drinking, boy consults his crush, boy does everything he can to stay on crushes side, and reports to police, other team mates find out about this and get mad at the boy. the boy gets embarrassed for being called out. boy departs for the best interest for all parties. Boy now is mad and wants revenge. That is how I understand said situation.

I didn't say that anywhere in my post. Actually I think it's all a bunch of fabrications. My point was that society as a whole has the same problems as we are hearing about right now.

Not that I think there was. But with all these money sucking broads and sorry football players with no big earnings in their future. Scary who might be willing to magically place themselves listening to Butch on speakerphone for a piece of the direct deposit lottery.

Hey Travis have you and some other VFLs talked about coming together and taking a stand with the university? I think that would send a very powerful message to people all across the country.

How long a calendar so you think the Court will set? I could see 12 months for discovery, then motions, then a separately set trial.

We're looking at a 12-18 month ride, I figure.

Truth if I ever heard it. We live in a Lawless Society. WTH happened? Are the Cops all on Facebook? People are speeding down I24 I59, I65 some at 100mph! No Enforcement. Wild West. It's Crazy. And the Domestic side---geeze.

With this being unsaid in media, people can take butch jones false comment and taint it how they want.

This is more or less what I said back on page 29. Seems like a very important piece of the story that the media is intentionally leaving out.

I find something in the affidavit strange. In #208 it refers to AJ as "rapist". Not alleged or accused. Is this common?

It's a silly point to make. Every generation is supposedly the worst generation ever. Football players were involved in awful situations in the 60s and 70s too. There just wasn't near the media scrutinize then to draw attention to it. Has nothing to do with people not being afraid of the law, or whatever. The crime rate in America is better now than it was in the 70s.

In situations like this, the wise thing to do is sit back and let it be played out. When you get other people involved who are well known as public figures involved it opens up doors for us to be falsely accused of things and then we get dragged into things that don't make sense and will make this even worst.

Your use of the terms "boy" in reference to Drae and "guy" in reference to AJ did not go unnoticed by me. Am I reading into it too much or was this intentional on your part to give some insight on how you feel about the current situation?

Boy knows girl was drunk. Boy knows girl wanted other boy (again) but lays out legal description of rape when girl sobers. Girl is now convinced and seizes opportunity to avoid all blame. Girl joins lawsuit. Boy is hero. Mean lawyer man goes after boys coach, boy now in over head

I was with Butch Jones the night this all allegedly happened. We were playing bingo and eating cookies. He didn't make any phone calls or talk to anyone else. He did mention his love for America, though. Go Vols and God bless America.

I don't know what else I can say. I looked it up at the time which is easy enough to do. One was enrolled in classes the other didn't show up.
