He said/ he said without a witness.

If there is a witness....he gone.

Butch shouldn't lie regardless. He should make no statement at all right now. Let the entire story come out as to why the players were upset with Bowles. Then address it if you have to.

Settlement negotiations are usually deferred until after discovery. Discovery is when the attorneys make bank, and it drags on a long time. Whether or not a case settles generally depends on what the insurance companies want to do. Their money; their call.

If I Butch and some of the people mentioned and it's false which I believe it is....I'm suing the H E L L out them for slander....because for slander all you need is proof....hearsay is very hard to prove...but written it is easy

I meant to say This sworn testimony sounds believable.

Naughright has changed stories more times than my wife changes clothes before going out.

I don't think Bowles lied but j don't think what Jones said was so bad either. Bowles didn't know the complete story and was quick to turn on his teammate. The little tramp played him.

The bad perception of UT is already out there. Guilty or not, which I don't think Butch said this, it's another shot at UT. This will only become worse, if UT does not settle. The "reports" will become more and more heinous.

It's time for UT to start counter suing for defamation and just general bullshlt from the other side.

So wait, why is Bowles changing his story? And how do they have testimonies with police if the evidence is being kept under wraps?

I never believed his story and I don't see how anybody that played football would believe that players would not be upset enough to try and at the very least intimidate Bowles.

Put yourself in his position, at least two people have said he betrayed the team, one of them admits it...if Bowles says Maggitt or any of the others assaulted him he has no chance of keeping his scholly. Then he's shuffled off to another Tennessee school in a matter of days or weeks...of course Jones said that had been in the works for months.

Two victims said a member of the coaching staff was at the second "attack" on Bowles and we now know who it was.

CBJ suspended AJ immediately. Calling Drae a traitor would strike me as being insensitive to the victim. I don't recall one incident surrounding sexual assault or anything related since arriving where Butch has not taken immediate action against the player. I will wait until evidence improves on a he said/she said situation but right now I will look on this as a deliberate attack on the athletic department.

They knew she was sexting Johnson for some time wanting him. They knew she had plans for that night. AJ showed them the texts. This chick was raped that night by AJ like I was. I don't know how Williams fits into this mess

You have a way with words

It also says the coach broke the attack up before it began, does it not?

I'm not sure how you can tell one story in the court of law and another in civil. So as of right now Drae Bowles is a liar and it would appear he's now stuck his hand in the cookie jar.

That's one way to look at and you're welcome to it,

So now head coaches aren't supposed to stand by their players & believe in them when they say they are innocent when asked? Ok got it...smh

If AJ didn't rape her or Michael Williams or whatever. And drae Bowles played a part in getting them in legal trouble, then yes Bowles certainly is a traitor and deserved to get punched in the mouth by maggitt. AJ and Williams are innocent until proven guilty, as far as we know Bowles could of deserved it.
