A large segment of the faux outraged on this witch hunt, are the pious liberal type. Hiding behind the horror of "sexual assault" and "abused women" at the hands of the oppressive male establishment. How do they reconcile that mentality with their "victim"'s paranoid homophobia? On display with your link and the FB posts ranting against female personnel in the athletic administration? :loco:

Not a lawyer, by the way...

This doesn't pass the smell test. Is like some verification of its authenticity before I bite. A serial litigant isn't going to derail the gravy train intentionally like this... unless she's completely insane and then all bets are off.

My issue with all this sexual assault stuff is you want to go back 20 years and find every case you possibly can to throw it in a lawsuit. You know how many students and athletes have walked through those doors in past 20 years? You really think everyone of them is going to be an angel? Very low percentage doesn't make a majority or a culture. its a bunch of garbage.

i don't think she was aware of being recorded. She thought it was the pregame about what they would talk about later. Regardless if it could be held up in court of law or not it will help in the court of the public eye. I don't know that Peyton will even waste his time with her but he might go after NYDN and King.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but isn't she in a clear violation of the NDA? If she isn't then Peyton needs a new lawyer for how poorly it would have to be written.

Not a lawyer, but if his lawyers tie that in with feeding the documents to King? You got defamation AND violating the nondisclosure. He's got no need to make this go away anymore...she fixin to larn. Hope she's got some of that blood money left.

Yes and probably why Ray hasn't committed already.

I think Trey Smith is a Vol.
Eze I had thought would be an eventual Vol but with so many OL popping up they may not take him as a project.

I do think we see Jalen McKenzie in the fold eventually if he shows he progressing with his rehab.

We could easily see 5 OL this cycle with so many interested and be able to RS them all. :rock:

She seems bat Sh!t crazy enough to try come after him and hurt him or his family. I hope he buries her so deep a lawyer won't ever speak to her again.

I think the only reason Kanan Ray hasn't committed is he hasn't been on campus/met the staff in person yet. He's paying his way to come for the Orange & White Game, and I'd be pretty surprised if he didn't commit while in town or soon after. JMO, though.

You warned me there was profanity and I was ok with that but my god you never warned me about that laugh! She is f'ng crazy. The Joker's laugh was never that psycho. I didn't think people laughed like that in real life. It was like she was taking a hit from a crackpipe and randomly cackling a laugh scarier than what you'd find in a 1930s looney bin.

Where is national media at? Series of recent info that clearly shows she is psycho and no mention. TN AD turned her into FBI. Knox Sentineal reports daily harrassing calls for months from her cursing and threatening. She is a lunatic stalker

She made over a million with the 3 settlements and she was working with some high toned clients up until she made the money grab with Donna Karan. I think THAT dried up the money well and if she's out of money, maybe that CRACK laugh is part of her lifestyle.

I've worked in the busiest ER in this state. I know crazy. That laugh freaked me out.
