What if nobody wants to sell? Then what happens? Will there be no school in your town, or do you put the city schools 15 miles out of town, near the county line where there are no people?

Where do you put your street and highway system? Do they connect Podunk to Bumphuk, or do you locate them where they need to be?

You mean BFE

Put it wherever a place can be found. I'd that means 15 miles outside of town, so be it. The government has no right to force an individual to sell their land.

How do you build a road? Buy farmer Brown's 40 acres, and then Preacher Jones , next door refuses to sell?

The 5th Amendment of the US Constitution contradicts your claim:

"...nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Which implies private property can be taken for public use if just compensation is paid.

In my opinion the government has no such right. I don't agree with every single part of the Constitution.

Well you can feel how you want but the law of the land says it can. I am not at all for eminent domain for private companies interests. I am also realistic enough to understand that it is a necessary evil for public works projects.

A "necessary evil" that the government will and has abused.

Your first sentence does not really make sense. The government does have eminent domain rights because it says so in the 5th Amendment.

Now whether you agree or disagree that the government should have the right is a different story. Just because you disagree with the government's right , does not equate to the government presently not having that right.

I'm not arguing semantics with you.
