The Randy Smith who wrote back in 2012 that Dooley "deserves a fourth year no matter what?" The Randy Smith who wrote a week ago that UT fans should "leave Holly alone" and let her lose in peace? He's no journalist; he's a hack with a keyboard.

Exactly. He needs the axe from all things UT. Goofball.

John Brice on 104.5 just now

"Looks like NO settlement and UT wants to fight this"

"Drae Bowles testified under oath he wasn't assaulted and this is being used for shock value"

"No player has been convicted and the university feels they have taken great efforts to prevent these type of issues"

But but 3rd down for what makes me feel unsafe and kind of rapey

BYU...they sign a contract at the start stating that they will abstain from sex. That is an example of why I used the word "most universities".

I gotcha. Just a little crude humor.

I often wonder about contracts like that. Especially at that age.

Brain: "Pinky. Today we are going to destroy the University of Tennessee. All we need is words. Lots of words."

Pinky: "Narf!"

Gus's didnt last long in Nashville. Its turning into a Zaxbys now. :cray:

Nashville has some stiff competition on the hot chicken scene. Knoxville has absolutely nothing. I'm guessing they'll do well here if they maintain the quality they have in Memphis.

I was scanning the Vols news sites this morning, and saw something that surprised me. In a discussion on next season's projected safety rotation, Callaway was mentioned as one who could be in the 2-deep. I know that Callaway is one of many in the 2016 class who has experience playing both sides of the ball, but I thought he was recruited specifically to play WR. Am I correct? He is projected to play WR?

You are correct. He has the potential to play on either side of the ball, but it looks like we want him on offense.

And then went apes*** when they called him for it. I literally remember fearing for the official's safety...SeaBass looked like he was about ready to kill a man.

It hit him in the side right after he kicked it. It's possible he didn't realize he even touched it. Pretty clear even on the crappy replay back then.

Man, the quality of TV was different back then. You forget how spoiled we are now.

I also forgot how much drama there was in that game. So many turnovers. So many missed/blocked kicks. Florida State was still a 5.5-point favorite.

Speaking of technology "back in the day", wasn't that the first game with the yellow first down graphics?

I'd like to present this exhibit to the hot chicken debate. I believe it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that hot chicken is excellent.

@darrenrovell: No one's talking, probably because they've been told not to, but all signs point to Peyton owning part of a Bud distributor in Metairie, LA.

And there is the motivation. PM circumvents the nfl rules on promoting alcohol
