To Protect and to Serve II

Didn't know where to put this.

I don't know how I would have handled the police showing up at 2am to arrest me for disciplining my kid but it probably wouldn't have ended well. Can't even take a kids phone away.

This is one of those cases that has multiple people to blame. I blame the cops for enforcing this ridiculousness, the DA for advancing this further, and the entire system for allowing women to just throw men in jail for the most trivial of reasons.

I kind of agree with the mom in this instance.... The guy keeping the phone for three months was probably more him screwing with the mom than an actual punishment for his daughter.

Cleveland files claim against Tamir Rice's family over unpaid ambulance bill | Fox News

The city of Cleveland wants the family of a 12-year-old boy shot and killed by police officers in November 2014 to cover the cost of the ambulance that took him to the hospital.

The $500 claim against the family of Tamir Rice for "ambulance advance life support" and mileage expenses was filed Wednesday in Cuyahoga County Probate Court.

Though it's bad when even the police representatives are calling you a cold hearted bastard for doing it.

"Subodh Chandra and I have never agreed on anything until now," Cleveland Police Patrolman's Association President Steve Loomis said. "It is unconscionable that the City of Cleveland would send that bill to the Rice family. Truly disappointing but unfortunately not surprising."

Sometimes you just leave well enough alone.

Outrageous. One cop shoots the other, then shoots the suspect multiple times, and tries to claim the suspect was a shooter. No charges, yet. God bless America

He was attempted to be stopped bc of his lengthy criminal record.....He was attempted to be put in cuffs bc he ran and fought the officers.

So what he had a lengthy criminal record. He was out of jail and had served his time. Why f*** with him just because he is riding his bike with headphones on?

There is a guy that lives up the street from me.... He has been in prison for raping a baby, robbing a subway and other offenses..... They pulled him over for any reason they could come up with and I for one appreciated the h&ll out of it......the guy with the headphones was I'm assuming a convicted felon with a gun in his waistband.

And Noel Aguilar deserved the same treatment (assuming I agree that even child molesters that serve their time need to be harassed)? So Noel Aguilar deserved the same treatment as the child molester up the street from you?

From an article written before the truth and the video came out:

Court records show that Aguilar had a list of convictions in Long Beach that included grand theft auto, felony reckless driving and evading arrest, contempt of court, possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.

The grand theft auto is bad, I must admit, but it ain't rape or assault. The rest of this rap sheet is a bunch of non-violent tripe.

And if he had stopped he would be alive today... He was a known gang banger and I'm sure that

Are you pro-2nd Amendment or not?

Even if you think all criminals should die, it's weird that you are cool with cops inept enough to shoot other cops and corrupt enough to cover it up.

Did I even discuss the shooting? I think the cops are idiots but I can see how it could have happened... I honestly don't know what should be done about it besides that they should follow what ever the policy says should be done.

We can't do anything about Aguilar at this point. He's dead. Why are you so worried about the lesson we learned from his side of things? Let's get these dangerous, terrible cops off the streets.

Your focus is in the wrong place because you are a cop apologist.
