Are you trying to pull this "selective quoting" out just to try to prove your point?
You say I tap dance around the questions. Might I suggest you totally ignore information slapped in your face.
How does that relate to the points being made here? I am saying that supporting foreign aid makes one a neoconservative. Your link explains why he is supporting foreign aid, IE it is explaining why he took a neoconservative position...
I guess the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief that President Bush passed through congress, that saved the lives of over 5.1 million men, women, and children worldwide and prevented prevent 7 million from being infected with AIDS in Africa has got to be the most Necon thing ever.
No country should get aid. Israel for example. There's no reason we should hand out foreign aid to Israel

That's a very isolationist attitude. I hate to break it to you but the economy is now global and foreign aid is necessary to promote stability. Now I agree that some aid should be stopped and all aid should have oversight and conditions.

The stuff being slapped in my face is nonsense. I asked why he voted against that bill if he opposes foreign aid. Your answer is essentially that he supports foreign aid. Then you say "You asked why he voted against the bill.". No. No, I didn't. I asked a different question.
Excuse for not continuing the conversation.
My answer was why he voted against that specific amendment, not debating the merits of if he supports foreign aid or not.
But in your world, anyone who supports foreign aid is a neo-con. Oh?
Rand Paul argues that he never proposed ending foreign aid to Israel â CNN Political Ticker - CNN.com Blogs
Rand = Neo-con
Next point?
Lol not handing out free money to other nations is "isolationist". That's absurd. And we don't promote stability. We've destabilized the entire Middle East. Wtf are you talking about, "promote stability"?
No ones saying don't interact with, trade with, and work with other countries. What I am saying is that I would love to see more ideological consistency from the right when it comes to handing out other people's money.
