2016 Election

If anyone should be sued for fraud it should be Hillary. She won 6/6 coin flips?...Yeah..

Apparently there were over a dozen coin flips and Sanders won his share as well, although it isn't official record where these happened. The Iowa Dem caucus is such an archaic institution, but I guess it has charm.

Grab the popcorn.

Is there any doubt that there will be a brokered convention at this point?

God forbid Rubio wins New Hampshire. Cruz looks to be struggling there already. He had a rally and none of his applause lines hit home. People started to walkout on him.

Yeah, not sure what the deal is there. My best guess is that like I've said before, he's running for 2020 and 2024 as much as he is running for 2016. He doesn't really have a chance for 2016 and he's getting out while his name is trending up. Might as well now instead of waiting until he becomes the butt of jokes? IDK

The more I've thought about this, the more I think you're right. It's better to be the candidate that bows out with grace rather than the one running far behind and still running attack ads on the competition.

AKA Bush

When it came down to crunch time, would you really forgo your opportunity to vote if it was close and Rubio's challenger was Hillary?

I literally said in my post I will vote for Rand Paul or Gary Johnson. One of the two is sure to be there on Election Day. I'm foregoing my concession to just vote republican simply to vote against a democrat. I vote for candidates I believe represent my personal values. I refuse to simply vote against someone who doesn't. It's why we're in the mess we have now.

Yes, I will "forego my opportunity" to simply vote Rubio to keep Hilary from winning the nomination. If the Republicans can't produce someone I can support as the nominee, they don't get my vote. Period.

I'm not expecting a perfect candidate. I disagree with Rand on some things, just like I actually agree with Bernie Sanders on a few things. I can compromise to support a candidate. Rubio, Cruz, Trump? No thanks. I'll vote Libertarian, which is much closer to my truest beliefs.

Obama had been a politician for several years. He knows nothing about business. Big difference.

Trump is running a presidential campaign with supposed veteran presidential campaign staffers. A ground game in Iowa is common sense. Even Ben Carson knew that.

Some Trump advisers are asking Trump for Money for real staffers and to form an organization in the various states, and Trump is telling them, NO!

Is Trump truly serious about winning the nomination?

I go back and forth on this. Part of me thinks he's looking for an exit plan

There is a report out that saying that Trump hasn't been paying his staffers in Iowa.

I spent the first several months thinking that Trump would drop out, because the Presidency would stifle his business plans. Until the last month or 6 weeks, I was convinced that he and Cruz were working together, and Trump would drop out and throw his support to Cruz.

That appears a bit farfetched today, so now I have no idea, but I can't see him sticking this out. He doesn't need it. He gets plenty of attention otherwise, and doesn't need the money after the term is up.

Iowa Trump source on loss: No compensation from national team for hours of hard work. Rubio and Cruz had better ground game and it showed.
