Update:

They still haven't found that 2 year old missing in Pinson, TN. He was reported missing at 1:30 on Thursday in the woods behind his house. Multiple canine tracking units aren't even picking up a scent. Up to 500 volunteers have searched the woods. Infrared cameras on helicopters. Still nothing, not even a sign.

Something ain't right....

Hope they find the kid. Too disturbing to think about the type of human who would kidnap an innocent little child.

Yeah I was thinking something similar. Doesn't seem possible. I don't wanna make accusations or anything since I don't know the people but something ain't right.

McCafrey is as smooth and shifty a runner as there is college football. He finds the open land and reads his blocks very well. I think he would make a very good NFL back.

He is dynamic! However, His size makes me wonder about his ability between the tackles and his durability.

He's the AD of both men's and women's athletics at a UNIVERSITY not a GM for a minor league team. You damn well better believe the Lady Vols matter and that it absolutely counts towards assessing his performance. It's 50 percent of his job.

I'd personally be mad as hell if I were him. Especially after his first year where they were more creative finding ways to feature him.

Bottom Line: We have more reliable options with more upside. You can't pin your hopes on a injury prone player no matter how good he is.

Just because they don't matter to you doesn't mean they don't matter.

They don't matter to me either, but to act like the Lady Vols aren't a prestigious national brand on their own is just silly.

If you are only looking at sports, then I would say 70% football and 25% basketball and then 5% everything else

It's not about individual sports though. Yes, he has to take care of football and basketball but his job is to do right by every sport at the university even sports like baseball.

There is a greater emphasis on football and basketball. Just like any business, you pay more attention to your cash cow. He certainly has to pay attention to all sports, but he won't be quick to make changes that cost money with those as compared to football. Football allows the others to function. That's how business works.

Speaking of the Jamal Lewis era...
Here is a statement to the level of talent we had back then.

Lewis (NFL 2000 yard rusher) gets hurt
Henry (NFL 1000 yard rusher) replaces him
Stephens (All-American in 2001) also gets carries
Bryson (NFL player) is our fullback and gets touches
