I think CMD's work with the OL has been a little overlooked.

Agree. Guys like Swain and Mathews who see a lot of practices have said he spent the overwhelming majority of his time working with the OL this past season....almost to the point that they wondered out loud whether or not Mahoney shouldn't just be let go to save some salary to be put elsewhere. It appears to me that Debord's influence with the OL has been great as evidenced by their improved play.
