Peyton is pissed if you see his interview on Sunday NFL Countdown. Not sure if it is from a previous time. The lady interviewing him is a dumba$$. Peyton is tearing into them asking how is this a story when it is fabricated.

Yes watching this now. At least the ESPN panel is sticking up for Payton. Ditka blistered Al-Jazeera. But if they want to talk about something get this punk Charlie Sly on the air and this other punk from Al-Jazeera. Lets here them answer some questions. Or lock both of them in a small room with Payton and air that on ESPN.

Al Jeerza is owned by an Arab country, Qatar.

The network has about 30,000 nighttime viewers, and needless to say, is suffering greatly in the ratings. Even though it is offered on carriers like Comcast, etc., there are few HD channels. Jeerza is limited by Comcast and others by how much broadcast content Jeerza can post on its websites.

Jeerza does not make a profit. Employee morale is horrendously low.

Amateur journalism at its worst.

Free Peyton from the clutches of the Muslims.

Al Jeerz's report is nothing but sensationalism aka yellow journalism. Manning is a dream name to have on that list and they ran with it even with the facts in doubt. No one should be surprised in this day and age.

Unbelievable!!! How many people just watched that b**** Lisa Salters just grill Manning and ask him questions about his reputation with young kids after already knowing that the ******* story is a complete 100% lie?!?!?! Wtf?? She was actually trying to legitimize the story and keep the damn thing going with her line of questioning. Again....un-effing-believable!!! I was watching the interview like it was conducted in some sort of alternate universe.

I think you got it wrong. She had to ask those questions, she has a job to do also. At the same time she gave Peyton a forum to unequivocally refute the allegations by asking the questions that she did.

Good job Al Jazeera you're now in Dikta's crosshairs. Run and hide, run and hide.

Has nothing to do with the AJ website statement he quoted, which he either did not understand or took out of context.

If they reported what Sly said and he subsequently retracts, it's up to them to do the same.

She already knows the damn story is a lie, is made up, yet she's asking his accusatory questions, wanting to know how kids might feel about knowing that Manning may have taken HGH, and actually asked him if he's ever taken PEDs...when already knowing that the story has been called a lie/fabrication from the original author.

Did you watch it?? If was utterly ridiculous. Perhaps someone should fabricate a story out of thin air about Lisa Salters, a story that has the potential to ruin her reputation and ability to continue in her profession....and then proceed to ask her questions about the accusations, even though they know the accusations are a ******* lie? Interviews like that are why media is completely distrusted and despised in this country. The level of trust our population has in the media, based on scientific polls, rivals only the depths of mistrust it has in politicians....they're at the bottom of the barrel, and rightfully so.

Manning aside, that's a ridiculous standard. Roger Clemens didn't have a positive test by MLB, and I'm not sure Mark McGwire did either. Did those not happen?
