Manning linked to HGH by Documentary (key witness has recanted)

Per: Michelle Vaeth, PR/Comms for P&G Health Care "HGH commonly prescribed to women undergoing IVF fertility treatments. Mannings had twins (common in IVF) same yr. Use could be legit. Infertility is often tough 4 ppl to talk about publicly. If my theory right, Mannings caught between rock/hard place in how to respond."

This story was ran with prematurely. I am interested to see how they get this genie back in the bottle after the actual accuser has admitted he made the story up.

Just heard on ESPN, story has been recanted by main accuser. Looks like this "explosive story" just blew up in their faces. You people should of known by the source it was all bunk.

Unless you have multiple neck surgeries and lost all of your strength needed to recover to your full NFL's best potential.

Just what I thought would happen. Even after this story has been recanted by the accuser (admitting he made the story up) we still have people believing it happened anyway.

I read this article immediately after it came out last night. Never believed it for a second. It sucks our man Peyton has to even address these allegations, but this is going to blow over real quick. Hopefully just like this thread which is turning into "complete garbage" as well.

Baseball's labor union was in a safe little cocoon and wouldn't even talk about testing for PEDs. They didn't HAVE to. They won every labor fight. Congress raked them all over the coals and STILL it took an obnoxious number of positive tests (with ADVANCE NOTICE) to trigger the system they have in place. To simplify, baseball players were TOLD IN ADVANCE to stay clean until after a testing wave was completed...and they couldn't! They hold out for a very short phase and they wouldn't have testing...COULDN'T. The arrogance of the baseball union and their protective umbrella over it's constituents can in no way be equated to the NFL. Baseball owners were grateful for the intervention...they embraced it. Congress investigates NFL players for HGH? Goodell will stick it to the players and dare them to whimper. Vastly different power structures, these two leagues.

If they tested the NFL following WADA protocol, the league would lose most of its players.

This story is complete BS. First of all, the guy already recanted on his story. Second of all, who would be dumb enough to send shipments of any drug to his address in their spouses name to "cover their tracks"?

ESPN is just amazing. I just watched a second report where their telling us that the accuser (Charlie Sly) has recanted his story and admitted he made the whole thing up. Also Manning has said there is no truth to it. And Charlie Sly has a youtube video up telling us in his own words that he made the story up. Yet ESPN says they will air the AL Jezeera story later today. So now everybody knows its a complete lie but their going to give credit to it anyway. What a bunch of losers.

The guy wasn't even a pharmacist at Guyer. According to ESPN and himself he did a clinical internship there. And has since said he was there in 2013, not 2011. Why has no one tried to verify the time he was there?
