Barnett named a 1st team All American by Pro Football Focus. Not sure if they count as an official source for AAs but cool nonetheless.

Ok, who was hired as the token "in name only" coordinators?

Just messing with you

SC named Travaris Robinson DC. He's been with Muschamp since he coached him at Aub.

Ga hasn't named its DC. Rumors it will be Mel Tucker(Bama DBC) or Kevin Sherrer( was a Ga and Quality Control coach at Bama before Pruitt hired him at Ga).

ESPN put McCaffrey in as the all-purpose returner on their All-American team. They couldn't put him anywhere else, so they put him there. No doubt that his success on offense had alot to do with it. He did have some nice return yardage on kickoffs but only one for a TD.

You really can't take these awards very seriously anymore. Just a joke.

Yea maybe they should've given him the Heisman for breaking the all time all purpose yds record. At a P5. give Doak Walker to a RB who runs for a lot of yds at Bama. I wonder what Hurd could've done with those road graders.

Haven't they always done an all purpose player? Either way, he deserves to be an AA.

I agree that he deserves to be an All-American, but they put him in a position that is designated "special teams." So, they put him as a special team All-American when they clearly used his offensive stats to put him there. But then, again, they did it with Lockett last year as well. Just a cop-out to me.

Knew I was forgetting someone.

Point is, the list in 2013 was embarrassing. You could probably make a decent list of top 25 players from 2015, but going beyond the top 12 or so in 2013 would have been difficult. Butch has completely overhauled the roster.

A national writer (Bruce Feldman?) said he watched a Tennessee practice in spring 2013 and didn't see any athletes on the field.

I watched all the games on 2013, and didn't see any athletes on the field either.
