So amusing to see the armchair coaches think they know more about what is the best for our program that the guys who live it every day and get paid the big bucks to make those decisions.
One thing that is pretty clear is that
Tee is not going to coach at Tn anytime in the near future.
I was looking at a Broncos speculation article. It said that Peyton, assuming he retires this year, could end up either at Cleveland, Indy, or here. I don't see Indy being in the mix because Dungy is gone and I think Peyton's allegiance lied with him.
If it were even a real possibility, Peyton would have to be willing to take a huge pay cut. If anyone were willing to do that, I think it'd be him.
The only other problem I see is that Manning's presence would greatly overshadow Jones, and I'm not sure that would be good for chemistry.
I don't like the idea of not having a ST coach, especially since we've seen such vast improvements in that aspect of the game over the last few years.
Why the hell anyone hires an OC that can't tutor a QB is beyond me (it's supposed to be the most important position in an offense, after all...).
