Look at what CSS did at SC and at Florida. Look at what Chump did at Florida and will do worse than CSS did as well which will be horrible.

Since 2006, defeating Tennessee has been an integral part to a team's shot at the National Championship. Take a look:

2006- Tennessee lost to Florida, who went on to become champ

2007- Tennessee lost to LSU, who went on to become champ

2008- Tennessee lost to Florida, who went on to become champ

2009- Tennessee lost to Alabama, who went on to become champ

2010- Tennessee lost to Oregon, who went on to be runner up

2011- Tennessee lost to Alabama, who went on to become champ

2012- Tennessee lost to Alabama, who went on to become champ

2013- Tennessee lost to Auburn, who went on to become runner up

2014- Tennessee lost to Alabama, who lost in the playoff

2015- Tennessee has lost to both Oklahoma and Alabama, who are competing in the playoff

Part of this is due to the SEC dominance for awhile, part of this is due to TN being pretty bad recently, and part of this is due to just downright bad luck. Either way, schedule TN in your future if you want to compete for a trophy. Now excuse me while I go cry myself to sleep and dream of '98.

Pittman alone makes any combo a good hire. Probably best OL coach in college. And elite recruiter. Sucks big time for us. Chaney is decent, but Pittman is going to hurt us for many years.

Not if you compare him to the OL coach UGA had last season (not this one). Their OL before they lost him and Bobo had lanes the size of the Grand Canyon to run through. I like Pittman but I haven't seen any of his lines do what UGAs could do the last few seasons.

Basically what you're saying is the road to the championship goes through Tennessee. Someone should break the news to Dabo and Dantonio.

Chaney hire is excellent. This is going to be a gunfight for years, but at least we are finally packing heat ourselves.

At the top of the pile, you don't concern yourself with coordinator hires, but we are still clawing our way up. UGA will not go quietly with this

There was a thread in the FF showing some of the December grads. Latroy Lewis and Danny O'Brien were among them. Those two leaving surprised me. Croom too but I think everyone knew he was gone. That opens up a few more spots right?

They don't have to leave. They can go to grad school and keep playing.

Just because they graduate doesn't mean they can't play next year. Lots of players finish undergrad and start taking graduate classes. Especially players that redshirt like O'Brien.
