I agree HG, I just cant imagine who they have in their back pocket already that would be a instant homerun hire and upgrade.
I do know that not having the Mad Hatter and the HBC in the SEC next year really will suck.
Is Les really gone or is it just speculation?
Edit: If so then my lord this offseason will be wild.
Thanks, wasn't sure if anything had been confirmed should be interesting finding out details about the meeting. There seems to be a lot of smoke and a meeting has been called today:
Les Miles to hold 'special meeting' with team Monday afternoon: Updated | NOLA.com
The defense, running game, and special teams have improved to top notch level. I've been very critical of the passing game, offensive scheme, play calling etc but now I'm starting to believe it's not play calling philosophy but hand cuffed play calling to an extent to play to Dobbs strengths and weaknesses. His strengths are running the read and making plays with his legs, hitting some timely passes when needed and managing the game with minimal mistakes. As soon as QD (only a couple times I know) comes in we go down the field. I think Butch's offense will always take on the identity of his QB. From LaFevour to Calaros to Worley to Dobbs, who knows what it truly looks like. I cant think of one game that the offense cost us this year except maybe Arkansas. So I think it's ok to say Butch has done really well so far.
@FootballScoop: Sources tell FootballScoop that Dan Mullen is a serious candidate at Virginia Tech https://t.co/T6biR7w74x
