Well obviously the line is drawn somewhere before he has any actual influence on anything that affects the game.

Jennings' big hit on special teams today is another reason why he needs to be a safety next year, provided we have the numbers we need at WR.

I think this bowl season we see a lot of 5-7 teams in bowl games. They added some more bowls this year which helps. Some programs that go 6-6 or whatever might opt out of a bowl, which leads to 5-7 team getting picked. It's also based on APR.

Vandy has the highest APR. I would hate them to beat us or a&m to get "bowl eligible".


Stupid to think that a 6-7/5-8 team went to a bowl.

I think our defense gets one more shutout in the next 2 games, as long as the offense doesn't turn the ball over deep in our own territory.

Ahh.. The joys of being a Volunteer! Been like this for me for many decades. Learn to appreciate it grasshopper, for we only have 3 games left before another looooong lull to the hopes and dreams of next year.

Can you believe it? 3 games to go! This season has gone by way too fast!

So week 11 had four top 10 teams losing, three of which to unranked opponents and the fourth was #12 over #6.

Well done Playoff Selection Committee, well done.

I wouldn't be so sure. A man like that might have a hard time being silent.

It seems to me it would be just as easy telling him he can't be in the coaches box as it would be to keep his mouth shut

The part of the tweet not being discussed is he gave 100mil to Stanford as well. Can you imagine haslam giving millions of dollars to Bama? How would that be recieved? Interesting to think about

You're much more tolerable inciting conspiracies for other teams rather than the Vols.

Thoughts on game:

- easily Dobbs worst since his freshman year
- Hurd wasn't dominant at all
- Kamara played great
- WRs played well
- OL was lousy, Dobbs and Dormady both had way too much pressure. We are missing Jashon a lot. Also would like to see Jack Jones
- defense held up well, but consistently allowed North Texas to get first downs. I don't know if we had a single 3 and out. The lack of possessions contributed to our offense's inability to get in rythm.
- noon games suck but Butch and co need to suck it up and deal with it.
- We should roll Mizzou and Vandy
