You land on your shoulder wrong... It gets hurt. Maybe Sanders and Jackson's injuries before the season gets a relook but the rest of these are freak injuries that there ain't a prevention program for. Maggitt was standing by himself and hurt his hip...more jumping jacks?...less?
So in your opinion a S&C
program doesn't play a roll in preventing freakish injuries?
Imo the freakish non explainable injuries are often times traced back to over training certain areas of the body while neglecting others.
. If his program was the crap you suggest, :
You and others spend such a great deal of time searching my post for various things to pick apart. The spelling and grammatical issues are my Favorite.
With that being said I suggest you read the post a little closer. Not one time have I said the S&C program was crap.
All I have said, others have agreed, was that with all the preseason camp injuries and in season injuries piling up on top of it I suspect the coaches will do some in house self reflecting. That's what good programs do to make sure they evolve into a better way of doing things. Doesn't mean what they were doing was "crap"
So please read the post before picking it apart with your own "crap"
Touchy...problem is I read too much of your worry wart "crap" on here...get a freaking blood transfusion for Christ sake! I lend WAY more credence to the methodology of an accredited, certified professional like Lawson, than our resident second guesser who purports to have any idea of what he's talking about. :glare:
