Playoff: Number 5 Iowa-- (We slaughtered them) 2.Bama (almost beat them) Oklahoma wins out, they'll probably play..

It is frustrating that we are thisclose to being the best team in the country.

Funny that we have posters who think we aren't close to being elite. People are straight crazy. Lol

Florida has a shot at the playoffs too. Anything can happen with a defense like that

You land on your shoulder wrong... It gets hurt. Maybe Sanders and Jackson's injuries before the season gets a relook but the rest of these are freak injuries that there ain't a prevention program for. Maggitt was standing by himself and hurt his hip...more jumping jacks?...less?

So in your opinion a S&C
program doesn't play a roll in preventing freakish injuries?

Imo the freakish non explainable injuries are often times traced back to over training certain areas of the body while neglecting others.

Look at you. Belk family historian, this guy. Lol :hi:

Also due to their past family transgressions, they are no longer allowed to sell, manufacture or serve sausage on a stick or gelled lubricant according to ancient Nordic laws in their home village.

#theMoreYouKnow

Lol. They're my employer.

My opinion is that Lawson has been stellar in developing our athletes. Before he arrived, our players were winded before halftime. If his program was the crap you suggest, wouldn't it have manifested BEFORE this season. I think you're jumping the gun and being overreactionary...I know...the first time you've ever been accused of such. :wink2:

. If his program was the crap you suggest, :

You and others spend such a great deal of time searching my post for various things to pick apart. The spelling and grammatical issues are my Favorite.

With that being said I suggest you read the post a little closer. Not one time have I said the S&C program was crap.

All I have said, others have agreed, was that with all the preseason camp injuries and in season injuries piling up on top of it I suspect the coaches will do some in house self reflecting. That's what good programs do to make sure they evolve into a better way of doing things. Doesn't mean what they were doing was "crap"

So please read the post before picking it apart with your own "crap"

This whole we suck in the second half because of X ticks me off because it ignores there being more than one variable. I do believe more depth and more experience closing games out like USC is the only real cure. We've had so many misses in varying aspects. Obviously coaches have a role too.

Touchy...problem is I read too much of your worry wart "crap" on here...get a freaking blood transfusion for Christ sake! I lend WAY more credence to the methodology of an accredited, certified professional like Lawson, than our resident second guesser who purports to have any idea of what he's talking about. :glare:

Fair enough

Now let's get back to second guessing the certified professionals that are our coaches calling the plays. Damn those second half changes
