Hurd is fine. He's getting 20-25 carries per game, and he should be. I'm glad to see that we ride him some. He's that kind of back.

I've read a lot of this Missouri stuff. I don't see a reason for the president to step down. Obviously, there could be something I'm missing, but there are idiots on every campus. Like I said, maybe I've missed some stuff, but from I've read he should not have to step down.

I am just judging off of last year where he couldn't play at the end of November and a slight decline here the past few weeks. Perhaps that reading too much into it. Hope so anyway

Football is a funny game.

We are literally 4 plays away from being undefeated, and the unquestioned #1 team in the nation.

Two plays the other way, and we are 3-6, with Butch on the hottest of seats.

I'm of a like mind with Bruin. I would've liked to see Kamara and Kelly get some of Hurd's carries last night. I'm hoping Kelly can get some 4-5 carries a game to close out the season (obviously many more carries against NT)

Throwing in a a RB with fresh legs might give us a spark late in the game and Kelly has looked good when we've seen him.

Games can go like that and make sense why I thought 8-4 this year but was wrong on who we would beat and lose to.

You stay with your workhorse. I don't think Hurd was tried. Kamara does spell him on some plays and our O had a lot of rest time the way SC was moving the ball. lol Kelly is good but I think CBJ would have put him in if he felt Hurd was getting winded or leg tried if you will. JMO Don't get me wrong, Kelly has really showed some of what he can do. Going to be a good back for us.

Dobbs was definitely a step slow. I think his foot injury held him back a bit. Hope he rests up

My stance isn't suggesting Hurd is tired within the game it's that he very gradually wears down throughout the year.

Also looking at cbj track record it doesn't matter how good the #3 guy is he simply uses a 2RB rotation year in and year out. Perhaps the SEC is tough rugged for that approach if a team plays as many 60min games as we have.

I think the field messed us up worse than anything yesterday..I agree with engineer. Nike cleats suck evidently, at least the ones we were wearing. It seemed like SC was still getting good footing, while our boys looked like they were on ice.

Yes he is..... Looking like he may be a bust. Austin Smith will start at the SLB next year. The WLB will be McDowell. Where will he play? Bryant is showing up on Special Teams but Bates is no where to be seen but on the sideline.

I know Bama and lsu aren't any different than us and they certainly have a dang good thing going.

IMO Hurd does more in pass blocking, pass receptions and total plays played than Fournette and henry.

Would love to know what the total plays look like amongst the 3
