I saw that play. The high five was funny to me. It wasn't a TD if I recall - just a ridiculous scramble to the edge in which Boykin dodged about six defenders that had him dead to rights. This was also late in the game when the outcome was more or less decided. The five itself came across to me as a gesture of grudging respect more than excitement or a shot at his own team.

IMHO that's as much a reflection of the current climate in college football as it is an indictment on Hart. If your team has a rough year (or hell, even a rough month) relative to expectations, your coach is on the hot seat - regardless of what he has done in the past. It's amazing to me how instant gratification has become such a major part of athletics.

I know you didn't, but that speaks to my point.

You're trying so hard to prove your point that you end up belittling the players on a Tennessee fan site. Your argument is too one-sided and unbalanced. People are tuning you out and labeling you a troll.

It may not have been a td, idk? seeing Holgs on local media, I agree with you, it was more like a ha, ya got us on that one...kinda thing. He's a smartass like that. However, apparently many of the defensive players and big money guys did not appreciate it.

Peyton could come in and coach and pay his own salary, which would free up that money to go out get the best coaches out there for other positions.

I hate the NFL. I used to love it. It has progressively gotten less and less interesting every year to me. This year is the 1st year I've watched zero games. Love college football and watch as much as I can. I hope Peyton does something after his football career at UT before going all John Elway.
