I'd rather have a competent businessman instead of a career politician. A good example was Phil Bredesen. Although he was a democrat, he was a successful businessman and ran the state as such.
Christie is a loud mouth dung heap..... If they could squeeze all the **** out of him they could bury him in a matchbox. Jeb is a Bush.....
I'm not a huge Trump supporter by any means. I think all of he top candidates pretty much suck

They'll all lead to more of the same. More govt spending, bigger debt, bigger disparity in wealth, amateur hour foreign policy.

Both the left and right will be relatively unhappy and assign 99% of the blame to the other side. Doesn't matter if it's the truth or not. They're a member of "X" party so they're wrong. Rinse and repeat of the past.

Our country it too politically divided to make progress anywhere.

Good post .

Congress and the WH has agreed to a $80 Billion spending increase split between defense and domestic programs and to drop the debt ceiling until 2017.
Paul Ryan will not have to worry about a government shutdown until after the presidential election, which will make his new job easier.

It looks like Jeb is taking the gloves off and is targeting the one guy he shouldn't again. Marco Rubio.

Did you know that the Bible doesn't even claim that the Jews built the pyramids as slaves? It's insane how widely believed this myth is when there is no foundation for it. I blame Charlton Heston.

Honestly, I'm kind of a history buff and I didn't remember off the top of my head that they had been representatives. I knew there were, but I wouldn't have even thought to call him out for it.

It's just funny that he would make that up, especially on twitter where he has time to look it up (as opposed to on a debate stage).
