he had 8 carries bro....33 yds... btw he holds the ncaa single game rushing record.. you guys keep worrying about striker.....Perine will be the MVP of the game

Ahh look he's so sweet.. he says bro every other sentence, almost like a grown up but more like a high school freshman sneaking to use moms computer.

Seriously, morons like you give all fan bases a bad name.

Are you suggesting OU are the ninja turtles?

And since when was this just for kids? I watched it like 2 weeks ago!!

I assumed the two gargantuan monsters in front of them would be Khalil and shy, yes. 😜

LOL. You can tell who watches football and who only watches Volunteer football.

You stop Striker by:

A. setting a RB/FB to block (most logical way)
B. Quick throwing out of a spread formation
C. or if all u do is run, then obviously that lleaves no room for sacks

Or dont play a true freshman center at right tackle lol

Block him. We didn't block him last year.

Striker is nothing but the Big 12 version of Michael Sam. when he plays against young O-lineman or subpar talent he excels. Against far better tackle talent he gets folded up like Baylor and TCU did. Lets not forget he had 0 sacks against Alabama.

This entire thread is sophomoric...in the 2014 Sugar Bowl against Alabama Striker had 3 sacks. Maybe you refer to another game. In Tuscaloosa in 2003 Striker had 0 sacks. Of course, he was about 9 years old"..

he's been a smalll factor in several games and he's been a huge factor in several games.

It'll be interesting to see what Mike Stoops does b/c he has to know Striker will be keyed on. I say he has him relax a bit, show blitz but fake, and then blitz later when not expected.

But if our offense scores first or gets up by 10, then Stoops will blitz every play. lol

You guys sure do love that play. It was a great hit, but seems like it would be painful to watch it over and over again with that 34-10 score staring you in the face.

If Worley hadn't thrown a pick 6 inside your 10 yard line, in the 3rd(?) quarter, the outcome could have been very different! That was a huge momentum swing and a 14-point swing!

That's probably why they play the game, so it's decided by what the players do on the field instead of a bunch of internet losers like us bloviating about it...:)

I have been told my whole life that Nebraska and Oklahoma fans, are the 2 worst fan bases in the country. From most of the comments made on this board, from sooner fans, I would have to agree! I really hope we stomp the breaks off of yall!!!

Clearly you didn't make it to Norman last year where the majority of us were treated like family. Don't let internet warriors decide for an entire fan base. There are idiots on this site as well that root for Tennessee.

Actually it was a few minutes into the 4th I think, but it wouldn't have changed the outcome. You still would have been down 10 and your offense wasn't exactly on fire.

Yeah, they always put so-so players on the All American team. Your intellect is dizzying.

I have to agree. Striker is a NFL caliber player. He was all over the place, and disrupted our O all night. Our Vols have a little more experience going in to this game and they need to put a collar on him Saturday night for sure. I think its going to be one heck of a game, and the winner of this game could possibly ride the early momentum to a big finish this season. In my opinion this is the biggest game of the season so far in college football. GO VOLS!!

I normally don't say much but you've gotta be kidding! I think Mr Striker is a great college player, but unless there is a position change in his future, the NFL is probably a wish. I haven't seen any 220lb lb's or de's. Js

No doubt. Two top 25 teams squaring off while everyone else is playing warm up games. I love it.

Striker is 6', 222. He has to talk crap but he will find a 6'4, 242 Jelen Hurd to be a handful.

He manhandled Hurd in the backfield on a couple of occasions last year. We'll see how much stronger he really is. If Striker gets his hands on you, you're going down. He's a very aggressive and solid tackler. They were mouthing at each other last year, so I'm sure they'll be in each other's faces this week.

I've been saying the same thing. He could be a great special teams player, but I'm just not sure he can play d at the next level unless he can put on about 15 pounds.

You all may be right, but I believe he will play on Sundays. From the few games I've seen him play, he looked pretty good to me. That's just my opinion. GO VOLS!

I really like that OU was put on the schedule. Ive always liked when the Vols play teams that we don't see very often. If I had to pick a top 3, it would be UCLA, Notre Dame & OU.
