Close enough...we're not getting video of the complainant admitting she made it up. Fact that it didn't even have enough to conjure up an arrest and trial? No crime occurred.

The Knoxville News Sentinel has a free article about the contents of the investigative file they were able to get through request. Said results of rape kit were negative and everything else conflictive.

So she was giving out BJ's and making out with Pearson (I hope he didn't kiss her after she gave Mixon a BJ). She then goes back to make out with Pearson and gets kicked out of the apartment. I wonder why she was kicked out. And who just barges into a room if the door is closed? Was a sock not on the knob? Good thing his friend did barge into the room.

A false accusation charge won't happen... but a case like this is what makes people question sexual assault claims. The girl initially told the UTPD that it was gang/group rape, then backed off that claim when the KPD was called and only accused Von. The UTPD and KPD incident reports told two different stories, so from the outset, this was going to be a difficult case to prosecute. If KPD had turned the case over sooner, it would have shut down months earlier. You don't go to court with this set of facts.

Mixon is very lucky he wasn't named a suspect and suspended, too.

The girl is smoking hot, but a nut job. She did give multiple BJ's and then they couldn't get her leave. Had to get girl from nearby apartment to make her leave.

Mixon is a total neat freak and was begging her to leave. She was all hurt feelings and embarrassed. Her parents tried to get her to drop charges. Total BS case

FWIW -- A J story not so much the same case.
