This guy's level of denial is awesome. With only 4 definite wins predicted, UT may just finish 4-8. Also, Kentucky is a win but Vandy is a toss-up? C'mon man, take those gold and black shades off.

I truly hope that Coach Mason gets things figured out and gets us back on track with a winning season. BUT.....if he doesn't I propose the following:

1) Take all of SEC Network payout and reserve that for next coach
2) Call Jon Gruden ASAP and offer to back up the money truck.
3) No young man would turn down the opportunity to play for this coach. He is knowledgeable, motivational, and has the energy to create a championship team.
4) Just about any coach can go to Bama or LSU and just reload every year. But a coach that comes here can prove that he is indeed the cog that drives the team to a championship.
5) If he was hired, I say our stadium would sell out with VU fans and opposing teams would have to beg and offer their 1st born to see a game inside our stadium.

They remind me of a large woman who wears dresses that are way too tight and thinks that every man wants to sleep with her. Sure some drunk, horny middle aged man will but most men would rather be with someone else.

I can't tell if that's real or just a drunk vandy fan and his ramblings. He turned down every big time school that basically did the same thing although I think we had him seriously thinking about coming here but would go to a team that will be coming off back to back 3 wins or less seasons,has no football tradion, the administration could care less about the football program, and next to impossible to recruit a constant sec caliber team there. Only way that could be close to being a reality is if they offered him 15-20 mil a year

I just saw that the couple of reporters they have at the Vandy 247 site were busy so no one was covering the Vandy practice for them. Imagine the fallout if that happened for a tennessee practice
