I appreciate your right to your opinion, but you couldn't be more wrong about the truth being easy. Getting 5 witnesses who saw the exact same thing to have entirely consistent testimony is nearly impossible. Truth is just as hard to track as a lie. I honestly don't care if she did it or not. Bringing up books that support your theory is just fine...but realize that others are entitled to their opinions and they have an equal number of books "proving" her innocence.

Lol. This whole case you were touting the virtues of the Italian court system. Now... They surely screwed it up and let a blood thirsty killer with a nice rack off the hook.

If she were guilty, she would be in prison. They tried every dirty trick in the book to nail her to a cross, and they couldn't find a hammer that was big enough to get the job done. She didn't do it.

Metaphorically speaking, You're in a straight jacket in a padded room singing Tone Loc tunes while pacing back and forth and sporadically banging your head against the walls. You don't make sense to anyone except yourself. Time to move on.

The local trial judges are excellent. The higher up the case goes just like our Supreme Court then the more likely politics gets involved. No system is perfect but the initial lower court had it correct. He was a very thoughtful and careful judge who weighed all the evidence and came to the proper conclusion. By the way you seem like a smart person but you haven't said one intelligent thing about this case. I suspect it is because you really haven't studied the facts of the case.

Also, by the way, the Court of Cassation, the Italian Supreme Court, is required to issue a report of their findings within 90 days of their ruling. They haven't done that in this case. Odd, don't you think? All of Italy is waiting.
