Hopefully nobody will. If VP is innocent then we need it to become a dead issue. The sooner the DA's office exhausts every step of their process the sooner they will move on and rule their investigation complete. The sooner that happens then we may get VP back. The DA's office has no incentive to hurry and CBJ sure isn't going to allow VP back until it is totally over or show any interest in having the DA hurry.

Doubtful that we know anything good before mid to late September. Title IX issues will have to wait until fall semester begins and students are back in class.

Yeah but fall camp starts August 3rd. If he's not on the roster by then, he's clearly not playing football for UT in 2015.

The right to a speedy trial only comes in to play once charges are brought. Unfortunately, they can affect someone's life forever by keeping them as a focus of an investigation. I understand wanting to be thorough or appear thorough, but by taking this long to make any decisions, KPD looks incompetent. Either there is or isn't evidence. And move on. . .
