Charleston Church Shooting Suspect Dylann Roof Captured

And I dont think anyone is trying to claim that this ****tards motivations werent racial. Anyone with a pulse could see that they were. What that has to do with the confederate flag is beyond me, but many seem to think its the root of all the evil.

I think it's pretty obvious what it has to do with it. It's the personal coat of arms for white supremacists who celebrate ****heads like Dylan Roof.

Personally, I don't care about a piece of cloth or whatever it has on it. I'm not bothered if you want to hang your confederate flag and your pirate flag over ole glory. However, I do understand why others are bothered by it, because of what the symbol represents today. To not have the situational awareness to recognize what the flag represents to most people these days(like what the swastika represents to most people these days) is foolish, and you don't get to act surprised that people are offended.

The worst thing he could do would be to ignore it and pretend everything is fine. He's a black man, and as such, should be able to speak out on things that effect the black populace in this country.
Would you be ok if a white man spoke out on the things that "effect" (affect) the white populace in this country?

I'll ask again since everyone conveniently ignored it the first time: why are the same people who cry "don't even mention race, it's irrelevant" the first in line to emphasize religion when there's a terrorist attack by a muslim?

Where's the outrage over the media's obsession there? I never see anyone here making the same arguments they're attempting to make now- that baiters and the media are just fanning the flames of the "religious war." You can't have it both ways. Fixating on the motivation of one attack(religious extremism) while denying the other(racial extremism) makes you look like a hypocrite.
I dont get people saying it isnt about race..hell yeah it was. The fact it was in a church was just "icing on the hate cake" so to speak.

who is saying it isn't about race? I haven't heard one person say that.

From what I can gather from this convoluted thread: Everyone agrees that it was racially motivated. Some just think it's stupid to take outlier events like this and claim that it's the picture of race relations in America.

In America, you have black racebaiters (most especially the one who is guilty of felony tax evasion, yet is chronically not indicted for it) going on all major media networks claiming that America is inherently racist. They meet with our black president about events that happened in a city with a black mayor.

There comes a time when the narrative just becomes satirical of itself.

Not sure what the purpose of staging it would be

I don't know. Maybe another push against the 2nd amendment? They could have just been on a heavy dosage of Xanax.

But you have to admit, their behavior was not normal.

Like I said in the flag removal thread. Race batters are like storm chasers. They only show up once the crap starts flying .

Only Difference Between Dylann Roof and Bill Ayers Is Legitimacy Among the Left - Breitbart

Q: What’s the difference between Bill Ayers and Dylann Roof?

A: Dylann Roof isn’t a friend and colleague of an American president who enjoyed a cushy life in academia before retiring to life as the kind of author who’s invited on-the-air by the mainstream media to hawk his books.

Other than that, both of these pigs share much in common.

Bill Ayers is an unrepentant domestic terrorist.

Bill Ayers’s terror group The Weather Underground targeted and murdered innocent people.

I have a feeling your email is like an ad segment on Alex Jones' radio show.

Is any of it incorrect dink?

It's neither incorrect nor correct. It's almost entirely subjective.

You'd probably like Alex Jones. He comes and eats at my favorite restaurant down here frequently. Drinks bud heavy, hates Allah, and think Obama is a gay, Muslim sleeper cell like half this forum.

Okay, so, lets imagine that some radical democrats decided to start displaying Weather Underground and communist iconography on state grounds.

I wouldn't blame you for taking issue with it. It's fine if some loon like Pacer92 want to wear Che shirts and hang their soviet flags. I just don't think it's really sending the right message for state or federal property to endorse the message behind those symbols by displaying them on state/federal property.

That's all this is about. I don't feel white guilt for the Confederacy the same as I don't feel it for the Germans or Soviets and what they did in WW2. I don't feel guilty for slavery.

I simply feel that it's time for these symbols that are from that era to be relegated to museums and private display if one is so inclined.

Ayers and Roof are both despicable humans.

So, you felt the need to to do what exactly? Try to berate me?

Not necessarily. It was more highlighting how ****ty that post was in relation to the discussion at hand.

One of those people murdered 9 innocents out of pure, racial hatred. One of those did not.

That's where your post ****s up. You're using a recent tragedy to spread your fringe talking points like an ideological herpes, and that's bothersome.
