He and two other trucks picked up loads. They were escorted to the Arizona California state line. They came up to a mountain side with a big steel door.
Their trucks were searched and they were told not to get out of their trucks or they would be shot.
They entered the facility through the big steel doors. Once inside a soldier climbed up on the steps of the truck. (Both sides) and guided them to the docking area. They backed up and the soldiers unhooked the trailers. They were then escorted to another area and were told to get out of their trucks. They were taken to a big room with beds and loads of food. Steaks burgers everything.
They ate and talked. Later the soldiers came in and told them they could go and to take any of the food they wanted because if not it would be trashed. My friend asked why not leave it for when they come back? The soldier responded " you won't be back, only one trip out here"
When they went to their trucks they had been detailed. Washed and cleaned. Inside and out.
He said he never knew what he hauled but never had to stop at a scale house. The load wasn't placard either.
He said that upon entering the facility all of them electrical stuff quit working.
