Oh I do? And where exactly did I say that? Or is it just you taking things completely out of context and twisting what I said again sweetheart? Because I remember that conversation very distinctly. And even you admitted you had zero knowledge in the specific matter to question my experience.

I'm not digging through your posts to find it but you know damn well you posted that rubbish. I've also told you about your "experience" you're some dude on the Internet. I couldn't care less honestly.

I'm going to say no, I did not post that rubbish. You got off on your offended kick to things you didn't understand. I offered an explanation. You rejected it (as usual) and went off on a rant about weapons safety. I countered with a very specific scenario where you were (admittedly) way out of your training zone, yet stood on your principles that I was wrong. But having no formal training in the subject matter to make that determination where you went off on your "just some guy on the internet and I don't believe you" rant.

And you're just some dude on the internet as well. Yet you honestly cared enough to scoff at the suggestion I might actually know more about a subject than you did.

Let me make this as clear as possible. I'll admit that you know about guns, I'll admit that you have had training. Bearing that in mind, you'll know that there are no such thing as advanced tactics, only fundamentals applied. I don't care if you're a door kicker or a beat cop, the 4 firearm rules do not change. Col. Cooper designed them to be used for fighting, not just range safety.

I'm sorry if I seem coarse, I take firearm safety very seriously. It's a very hot button issue with me because there is always some jack wagon out there making us look bad.

Basically, us peasants have zero rights to feel safe, can have guns pointed in our face, and our have lives threatened all in an encounter we didn't ask for and did nothing to deserve so the heroic men and women of law enforcement don't have to feel scared while doing it?

Ok....so how should cops have handled that situation?

I don't know but what I do know is that if that was the best they could do then they should've just left him alone.

Besides what the cop said....what did they do wrong? You have no answers but are complaining about the police. If they had let the guy go and he walked into a nearby mall, business, school and killed several people then you would be complaining as well. They handled the situation properly imo

So we should treat everybody as if they may go shoot up a mall?

And I did provide an answer. If forcing an innocent man out of his car and onto the ground, pointing a gun in his face, and threatening his life is the only way it can be done then don't freakin do it.

They had a 911 call that he had an AK47 and was threatening to shoot people....In this case, they most certainly had the right to act like they did and then determined he was innocent and let him go. The cop shouldn't have said he was going to shoot him in the face but every thing else seemed like what they were trained to do.

So I'll ask again. Other than his profession, what makes him any different than anyone else that brings a frivolous lawsuit?

I have to side with you on this one. This isn't really a LE issue. It's definitely a problem, just not concerning LE.
