And the OSCE monitors (yes, the enforcers of Minsk II as agreed upon by ALL parties) come out and tell us what we already knew....liars and thugs whose signatures mean nothing.

Spot report by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), 18 February 2015: SMM facilitates dialogue on ceasefire and access to Debaltseve | OSCE

SMM reminded participants of the likelihood of civilian casualties, if they failed to honour the agreement to the ceasefire. The representative of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said the Ukrainian Armed Forces were willing to cease fire. The “DPR” and “LPR” were not willing to do so. The SMM noted that this refusal to cease fire was in clear contravention to their earlier agreement to do so and amounted to a restriction of the Mission’s freedom of movement.

Here is a good representation of what "ceasefire" looks like to Putin and his minions. Slide the bar across and see what Debaltseve looked like the day Minsk II was announced and what it looks like now. Minsk II is toilet paper. DNR, LNR, and Russia violated it right off the bat and we just keep watching.

i was confused at first, thought the original was the after. in the earlier photo fighting seem centered on the train depot in the ENE of the city (assuming up is north) while in the second the fighting was definitely centered on the city. *also seems like whatever was in the NW got it hard. don't know if that was were the rebel forces were or why that got hit.

The NW damage was from the route they were reinforcing the city. Every attempt to reinforce or resupply met with a barrage from GRAD's. The NE section is a rail yard and where a major pocket of forces were. That SE corner of the NE damage is where the Russian general was with that video of Ukrainian POW's. They shelled the crap out of them and cut them off. Nothing left to do at that point but surrender. Amazing how that Russian general who was supposed to be with the OSCE got there to oversee this operation.

U.S. Arms

Karl-Georg Wellmann, a lawmaker in Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union party and chairman of the German-Ukrainian parliamentary group, told newspaper Tagesspiegel that Germany won’t be able to halt U.S. weapons deliveries to Ukraine to fight Russian-supported separatists.

“We will no longer be able to stop weapons deliveries from the U.S. and Canada” after rebel gains in Debaltseve, he told the newspaper in an interview Wednesday. The German government’s opposition to arms deliveries hasn’t changed, Seibert said.

Wait... "no longer" stop weapons deliveries?

Here some graphics for people saying NATO wants war with Russia:

So tell me how NATO is preparing for war?

This won't agitate things more... not at all.

The Air Force said besides operating in Germany, the A-10s will be forward deployed to other partner nations in Eastern Europe. U.S. forces have operated out of bases in Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia and Poland, among others, in the past year.

Poland and the Baltics...

Poland and the Baltics...

where did you get that quote? was it from the Stars and Stripes article linked in your link?

and yeah the we are definitely gearing up for war.

The dozen A-10s, along with 300 personnel from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona, are expected to be in Germany by the end of February, the Air Force said. The deployment is expected to last about six months.

They've stopped it from happening up to this point. Merkel held off the dogs for her last ditch effort. She failed. Time to take the gloves off. If Russia can violate agreements they've signed we might as well try to make this a fair fight. Trying for peace at this point has been wasted. Before this fight Russia had signed agreements. Since the fight began we've seen two different Minsk agreements thrown out the window. Russia is going to keep warring. Time to do something about it.
