Pacer and Ras....opinion on the following link. Since we are talking credibility of sources can you deny questions of war crimes on executing prisoners here? Before you go clacking away on the keyboard on who this link is, I will remind you the actual videos and photos are from Russians themselves. Seeing prisoners up against buildings, bullet holes in the walls, and soldiers lying over dead with holes in their heads leans more on war crimes committed. Unfortunately because of Minsk II, these pigs won't face trial. Fortunately, because we know Russia will violate Minsk II I still hold out for swift justice for this scum.

I'm all for punishing the guilty if there are war crimes committed. I'm not sure where I've ever said that I would be willing to let people go scott free. If the rebels were committing atrocities, then those responsible need to be punished.

What more do you want me to say?

Why the interest? Hobby, politics, connections?

I myself have had an interest since childhood. Growing up in the 80's this side of the world has always interested me. Before the coup and subsequent fall I had intentions of going into the military and being MI. I took Russian in high school. Went into the Army after graduation but our focus was more on Saddam then. Got out and stuck with Russian in college. Between work and personal I've been to the Baltics, Russia, and Ukraine many times. Student of the history and culture there going back centuries. Seen a lot, even more most recently. Seen things I never expected to see and wished I did not see. As for Russia I saw it becoming free and open to now being Soviet mentality again. Take away the communist ideology. There is now a deep resentment for anything non-Russian now and a paranoia straight out of the Cold War that there is a decadent Westerner lurking under their beds trying to turn them all into Jewish, Nazi drag queens with HIV. I put all of this at Putin's feet. Seeing great friendships turned into bitter hatred over nothing I've done makes it more insane. Needless to say, it does irk me to see anyone OUTSIDE of Russia carrying Putin's water. Seeing what all that has done to some beautiful human beings.....not a big fan of the man.

I believe the base was attacked by 8 suicide terrorists. I was thinking it was probably to test the base's defenses.

I'm hearing Brian Williams was on location and will be giving a report on the 7 o'clock news.

The media here in the US isn't controlled by the govt?

The best thing anyone can do is take in as much as possible and then use a little common sense and ask questions such as motive, prior history, and ability to perform the action.

I've got 60 years of prior history that shows America has meddled in and overturned many foreign govts all around the globe and I have over 150 years of history that shows that America will stage a false flag event to justify going into war or create events that lead to another country being provoked into starting conflict. I look at motive and what each side would gain or benefit from if they committed an act vs the opposing side. I look at opportunity and ability... does one side even have the means or the opportunity to do an action that is being criticized.

Field Marshal Walther von Brauchitsch ordered German Army personnel to identify and work with Einsatzgruppen special task groups on the Eastern Front. In '41 SS-Brigadeführer Walter Schellenberg agreed to transfer command of Einsatzgruppen on the front-lines to Heer operational command and had the Heer provide support to them.

There is not uncertainty about, the Wehrmacht knew and was complacent in Einsatzgruppen activities on the Eastern Front.

The bad part is it has gotten progressively worse since the fall of the Soviet Union. Somebody soon is gonna have their fill and may God bless us all then..

You're taking it out of context. The Wehrmacht and the common fighting German soldier is not all one in the same!

Sure, I'm pretty certain that some big brass knew of the operations behind the lines and that would trickle down, but I do know that the majority of German Wehrmacht did not know of the atrocities committed against Jews and definitely wouldn't condone such acts...

Are you telling me the Russia you so adamantly defend has NOT done this either? The guy you defend is KGB background. Every one of his cronies he has in key government and economy positions is KGB background. Putin is a disciple of Yuri Andropov, one of the dirtiest most devious plotters and schemers ever to walk the face of the earth. Yuri didn't just write the book on false flags and deception, he made it the bible and himself as god of this. Add to this Putin spent years basically learning the most devious arts of Stasi espionage. Do some research on agitprop and Active Measures. Combine knowledge of Active Measures and what he learned from Stasi....

To date all I've seen you do is defend Putin and his policies to the extreme when this man believes in and has done far more than those you seem to hate/despise or whatever here in the US/West. If you want to talk about 9/11 and false flags let me school you on how Putin actually came to power in the first place. Look into certain wars that were started to gain power. If you are into abuse of power, false flags, and such you should hate Putin and his whole history.

You do realize that the average German soldier is what the Wehrmacht was composed of right? You do realize that as they were fighting in these villages the EG were with them right? You do realize not all soldiers were always on the front line and did have reserves responsibilities as well as relieved to fall back behind the lines as well right? Please tell me you do not truly believe what you are saying......

If the common German solider would not condone such acts why is there evidence of mass Jewish and anti-partisan killings committed by the Wehrmacht on the eastern front?

You saying this while defending our operations makes you a hypocrit. Why is it when Russia is involved in a war its aggression or unjust, but when we are involved in constant war and meddling, it's not?!

Were they fighting Russians or Jews?! The invasion of Russia to the common German was redemption for WWI....not for liebenstraum.

I of the opinion that ALL countries have their faults. Unfortunately, you have far too many people that believe that the US is different and beyond criticism. That is why anyone such as myself says anything that doesn't paint the US in a favorable light, I get the personal attacks and accusations of being a Russian commie sympathizer or whatever. I'm just having an open mind and offering a different view of the situation that doesn't paint us as the good guys. For some reason, people get upset about that.

They were all *******s. Of course individuals were the exception, but come on!
