Ok, cool story bro moment for me....

Around two weeks ago, my gf told me to ask off of work for this Saturday (Valentines Day). I said ok and asked her what she had in mind. She said to just lay around the house and watch movies and probably go eat somewhere nice that evening.

Up until today, I haven't thought much of it. We watched the basketball game tonight. Pretty exciting all the way through. As soon as the clock hits 0 and UT wins, she slides an envelope across the couch.... 2 tickets Saturday to TBA to watch them Vols smoke LSU.

Needless to say, I'm ready for the weekend. Go Vols

Beating Vandy just feels great. They're quickly falling back to the tried and true insults about UT fans being classless, toothless hillbillies who serve them fries. That's when you know their sports teams truly suck.

i love it. basketball, womens basketball and football are 3-0. Order is being restored. Their 5 minutes of success are over.

Man DT is working miracles with this team. Zo wouldn't have anything near the success we've had this year with this awful team. Next year will be rough without some surprise recruits, but I'm so impressed with DT in the court.

Very cool, man. My old lady also gifted me tickets to the same game. Great minds think alike. Can't wait to go. It'll be her first game in TBA.

You all can thank me for the win last night. I turned it on midway through the first half and it was close so I watched. Two or three possessions later we had went backwards so I turned it off. Having let curiosity get the better of me I turned it back on and I think it was tied, watched until again they went backwards so I turned it again. Still, I couldn't just walk away so I turned it on again with about 3 min to go and real real tight ballgame. I watched Moore miss the front end of a 1 n 1. Vandy then comes down and scores and we're down 5 and I think they're at the line With around a min to go. I turned it off again and wake up to find out we won!

My orders here in the Indianapolis are end soon and it doesn't appear that we will be staying here. I turned down the El Paso opportunity though. My old boss has been bugging me to come work for her in DC though and that is a much more appealing location change to my wife (aka Livingroom 6). So if everything falls into place it looks like my clan is going to the Cap. Thank you for asking.

Does anyone have any suggestions on a good location to live in the DC area?

Ftr, Barry Alverez sat in the AD office for seven years and in less than a month had a decent showing against Stanford. Then waits two years and comes back to beat auburn with a month prep. I'm not in love with the hire but I'm gonna at least give him to the Orange & White game. If he loses that then i say we run him out of town.
