Linderman is a thug and a half. He's connected to Alexander Dugin, mentioned before. If you were to equate Dugin to Hitler, Linderman would be Ernst Röhm. Linderman doesn't really fit in because of being Jewish and Dugin and his group are not fond of Jews. As far as Latvia, Linderman is one of the very few people wanted in Latvia but Russia actually deporting. Russia typically harbors those fleeing neighboring countries. Even Russia does not like the guy. But he is a means to an end. He goes to Latvia to stir up trouble and does a good job of it.

I said a few pages back that I fully believe that the White House will announce we'll start arming Ukraine after these latest rounds of peace talks fail.
