To me, creative play callling is a must. Not necessarily trick plays, but ones you wouldn't expect. Debord, may have play calliing experience, but if it's in the NFL, it's likely to be very conservative. Not all, but most NFL HC's are very conserviative when it comes to 4th down. Some go for it, most others wont even consider it.

Wondering if Butch had been to "The Table" yet. I'd bet if he wants the top candidate out there he'll be talking with Tux at "The Table" at some point in time.

Creative has its value, no doubt, but I would think technique, execution, and timing would be much more important. That, and the ability to make the right in-game adjustments would be much better.

Not sure how creative he would be, maybe a lot, but with his tenure it certainly seems he brings a lot of solid.

I say we wait til national signing day to bash florida. If they do infact miss on top guys, it will be nice until then I'm just hoping for an OT for the good guys
