No... last post and I swear Im leaving... man I got stuff I got to do today...cut it out guys!!!!
A team that was not very good would have showed up and laid an egg in the SECCG. We could argue this till kingdom come but to say that we are not good is silly and this is my orignaly post as far as this line of conversation goes:
The last 2 statements are fact and I just dont see how you cant see us as a bad team after those 2 are proven.
Covvol,
How you could possibly look at the South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Kentucky games (which were all after the Alabama game) and that either a) UT has improved since the Bama game, or b) UT is a good team, is beyond me.
At least I have something to add to the conversation beside Im right and your dumb.
I generally agree that we've really not improved that much, but a 49 yarder that glances off of an upright is hardly a shank.Yes. You add to the argument that UT has improved since the Bama game, and you offer as proof the fact that we beat Vanderbilt as a result of them shanking the winning field goal as time expires.lol:Thanks for contributing so much to the conversation.

1)Oh.... that team that bombed Illinois in the Sugar Bowl and finished 10-3.... yeah they were average.
2) Still has a winning record, which .500 by definition is average
3) The "I say so so it must be" argument.... nice.
either way, we benefitted far more from weaker schedule late than we did from our improvements. Our D is better to some degree, but our D line is still a disaster and D starts there. It was exposed in every game, even to the end (most of all in the SC and KY games where they killed us in the second half)Dont read much do you?
:banghead2:
You just made that point for me thank you.
