New details about the Tamir Rice shooting:

- cops did nothing to help the wounded Rice. An FBI agent that arrived on the scene was the one to administer first aid (basically 4 minutes of standing around)
- the cops did do something...when Tamir's 14 year old sister arrived on the scene, they took her down, handcuffed her, and put her in the patrol car 10 feet from her dying brother
- the cop who killed Rice had been forced to resign from another police department for a record of mental instability and dismal gun performance

I mean, we have the video of the shooting and some of you still stood up for the police, so I doubt this will convince anybody these white knights were in the wrong, but there you have it.

You realize the FBI are Law Enforcement, right?

Saw a story about Albuquerque PD shooting an undercover narcotics officer over a $60 meth bust.

End the war on drugs.

I know this thread is mainly for bashing cops, but this is too good to let pass, it really deserves its own thread.

Video of a cop jamming to 'Shake it Off' is just perfect

This has got to be the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I'll always be suspicious of every cop I see for now on!!!

It's well worth yalls time to watch the video.

I think that's what it ends up being (just like the news, negativity sells), but it's all welcome.

I'll be going with the cop on this one. You simply cannot fix stupid.

Yeah, the cop is definitely justified in that one. It turns out the guy that was shot was involved in shooting at police/state troopers years before and served time for it. He was going to get out to try and kill that cop.

what did I miss, looks like the cop reaches in and pulls the gun out if the glovebox and tosses it on the ground

Then shots the guy as he's getting out, with his hands up

The guy wasn't ordered out of the car. He was told to not move, and instead took it upon himself to get out of the car. And it sounds like from a report that he had another gun in his waistband.

Another reason no-knocks need to be scaled back:

Oklahoma man at center of police shooting said he never made 911 call that led to raid | Fox News

An Oklahoma man who shot the local police chief four times as cops raided his home in response to a bomb threat told FoxNews.com he didn't make the 911 warning that triggered the incident.

Dallas Horton, 29, of Sentinel, blasted Police Chief Louis Ross three times in the chest and once in the arm as Ross and his team swept through Horton's home early last Thursday. Ross survived thanks to his bullet-proof vest. But Horton, whom Sentinel's mayor described as a gun enthusiast and neighbors told reporters is a survivalist, is not facing any charges because an investigation by state police revealed he wasn't behind the threat and he did not know he was shooting at cops.

The Chief is lucky he was wearing a vest and Horton wasn't aiming for the head.

And of course the race angle is being played...

White ‘survivalist’ gunman shoots black Oklahoma police chief 4 times — and walks free

Probably not in most places, but that's a fairly small town out in west Oklahoma. Likely the biggest action they had seen in the past century.

Reminds me of scene in dumb and dumber.

Harry - "Check it out they gave me a bullet proof vest!"

Lloyd - "But what if they shot you in the face?"

Investigator - "That's a risk we were willing to take"

I chuckle at the "racist" angle here. That community is predominately white according to the wiki article. And yet they have a black police chief in a town that has a 0.12% black population.

Somehow I get this feeling race isn't at work...

They can really play up the race angle because they've portrayed the shooter as a far right gun nut survivalist. Naturally, he would also be a racist.
