Like it. Funny couple of years ago during our playoff run, there was a chat session with a Ohio sports writer. I submitted a question "do you see the Reds as a player for Marlon Byrd?" (Cubs were openly discussing trade rumors). That writer laughed at me and said "where would he play?" I said Heisey sucks. He said "you obviously don't know baseball".

Donnie Knoxville and the BasketVols had a nice win tonight! If you didn't watch the game they really put together a complete game from start to finish. It is dangerous to think what CDT will be able to do once he has a complete team of his recruits including a PG and a C.

Hilarious! lol. If there was ever a guy that looked like he ought to be a real baseball player, it is Heisey. Speed, good glove, strong, good bat speed - it just never happened. Glad they moved on. LF has been such an albatross for so long. Most of the sports writers up there are homers. I have questioned Sheldon numerous times on his blog and he won't comment. He only responds to lollipops.

I like it as well. Hopefully he will shorten up the swing a little with his age to cut down on the 180+ SO's. But he is a pro's pro. Great clubhouse guy that stays focused. Good transition to Winker IMO.

He has done amazing things. Real deal. Hopefully he has the team back out practicing FT's. That game is over without any worries if they make 70%.

Really pissed they put all their eggs in Cueto's basket. Ironically Cueto is as fragile as an egg.

Hey volatil, when you smoke ribs, do you make your own rub or do you use a commercial rub? I'm smoking some ribs this weekend and I'm toying with trying my own rub.

Not volatil, but my dad and I experimented with our own rub recipes but in the end it wasn't worth the time and effort to me. I stick with a Memphis style I buy and like a lot.

Most Memphis styles are devoid of sugar. I like a little sweetness. Which commercial rubs do you prefer?
