Welp, no games on, the girls are in Indiana, so it's time to hit up the DVR. I think I will start with UK game then USCe. Then later Bama and drink so I can get mad and drunk and sleep like a baby. Bama is the only loss I saved.

Wow, Army's defense really came to play. They are stuffing Navy left and right.

Hope Reynolds can get it going.

GO NAVY!!! :aggressive:

Signs point to Mizzou assistant for MSU head coach

"Multiple sources have told the News-Leader that Dave Steckel, the defensive coordinator and associate head coach at Missouri, will be named the new Bears' coach.

Steckel just completed his 14th season at Missouri, where he's been defensive coordinator and linebackers coach the last six seasons with the added title of associate head coach since 2011."

Huge loss for Mizzu.... He is a major piece to that program churning out dlineman. I wonder if this makes Hendrix think twice about trying to transfer now

Anyone else feel like South Carolina's success under Spurrier is like an extended and slightly more successful version of Vandy under Franklin?

Historically South Carolina is only marginally better in the SEC than Kentucky and Vandy were in the 1990s.

I think he's already in his decline and that the program will tank back to normal when he leaves. Mostly 6-6 seasons with the occasional 4-8 season and the occasional 8-4/9-3 season.
Literally this state is melting down today. Their recruiting class is crumbling and they want Spurrier gone. This Muschamp deal is the deathblow to Stevie.

It is amazing....they all know TNs flying by them and theirs nothing they can do to stop it.

That is one clear thing Butch has accomplished since he's been here. We were regarded on UKs level in the East cellar when he took over. We are now way past UK and Vandy and passed USC again after our two wins. UF, Missouri & UGA better watch out cause 2015 they may see an orange blur fly past their faces!!

I'd go Bama, UK and then USCe. Save that comeback for last and go to bed smiling.

First time I've missed the Army-Navy game in years. I have a good excuse though, making homemade sugar cookies with mom and sisters. :)

You will be sorry that you missed Verne and Gary butchering the two teams up trying to call the game. They're not sure who's playing, who has the ball, what any player's name is or what their own name is. You would think that CBS had more respect for our military personnel than to stick those two MORANS on TV calling the game. It's bad enough that the SEC has to suffer through these morons.

I would probably just turn the volume down, better than listening to those two Morans. :)

Congratulations to the Navy Midshipmen on a well won game!!

Credit to the Black Knights as well, they fought hard today.

We should all be proud of, and thankful for, the young men and women of our service academies. They are truly fine young people, and represent the very best of what our exceptional country is all about!

Thank You, and God Bless, to each and every one of them.

:hi:

Old vol on the Moran train. Love it!!!

Hate to bring this up but in light of the Heisman trophy award tonight, is there a bigger joke in college football than Charles Woodson winning the trophy over Manning?
