Just from a legal standpoint, there has to be probable cause as to each individual and crime. If both were charged and went to trial, the jury has to find them guilty separately.

That's the way I understand it, as long as the school he transfers to offers the courses he needs for post-grad stuff. I'm not sure if he's eligible only if UT doesn't offer it, or if he can transfer regardless.

I always understood it to be the former. But it's usually not an issue anyway - they just elect a program that is not offered to become eligible.

NDSU has a great program. They are 55-3 in the past 4 years with 3 FCS Division 1 national championships. They seem to be working on a 4th straight this year. They have a system that works and the people to make it work. They have been doing what Tennessee is trying to do and hopefully we will get to their level in the FBS.

True enough I was really just talking about their play calling, but you can tell they are a well coached team

I think it's funny that people are expecting Barnett level or half of it from freshmen next season. They'll realize that the best DE in the country is wearing Orange soon. I go through threads and read that nonsense. Maybe they need to read his 20.5 TFLs in the SEC. Kid is unreal to tell the truth. Nastiest Vol defender since Al Wilson and Leonard Little. He's out for blood in games. :)

I'm just going to sit back and enjoy watching Maggitt and Barnett take over games. :popcorn:

Whats crazy is Barnett has a lot of room to improve through the weight room alone. I was watching an interview with him the other day and he seems like a nice guy, but he goes into a straight up bloodrage on the field.

It's crazy to think he will continue get stronger and faster. That's not fair. Best thing about him? Never takes a play off. He reminds me of Kyle Vanden Bosch in the way he just doesn't stop.

So much truth here. The last half of the year was unreal. I don't think any UT first year DL has ever done anything like this EVER IN HISTORY OF THE PROGRAM. He keeps working and stays healthy then he could be a top 5 pick after his junior year.

Anyone else feel like South Carolina's success under Spurrier is like an extended and slightly more successful version of Vandy under Franklin?

Historically South Carolina is only marginally better in the SEC than Kentucky and Vandy were in the 1990s.

I think he's already in his decline and that the program will tank back to normal when he leaves. Mostly 6-6 seasons with the occasional 4-8 season and the occasional 8-4/9-3 season.

Hopen Scar continues downward. Having Vandy, UK, and Scar all suck is nice. Now we need Pinkel to GTFO and it'll be back to the UGA, UT, FL battle.

NDSU is wicked good at that level. Quality program year after year. Agree on the play calling obviously. When you run quick play action and are a good running team the slants are always open. Call them (Jake).

CCarolina has come a long way and are doing well. The story about Moglia was amazing. Just a guy chunking the high life to follow his dream to be a football coach. Loved it.

I saw that Maggitt graduated. Does he have to take classes next fall or just play? Wasn't sure how it works for graduates with eligibility left.
