One doesn't need to have thin skin to think some of your jokes are poor taste.

I agree that some are poor taste, hence the need for some way to block it from those that would rather not see it. "Poor taste" and "humorous" aren't mutually exclusive though. Some things that shouldn't be funny are funny nonetheless.

Also, watching Jalen's highlight video... He ran so much smarter the more the year went on, can't wait for him the next two or 3 years.

Let's do this one last time! (Yes I know they play a weaker schedule)

Has anyone's opinion of Hart changed in the last week? He has apparently negotiated a reasonable raise and extension for CBJ/staff....and worked to get Tennesse a new year's bowl game in Florida. That's a pretty good week if you ask me.

Some people on TV fussing about the playoff system. "We should go to a 64 team system and let the final two teams play 6 games. Why shouldn't Wake Forest and Purdue have a chance to play for the national title." Many are actually talking about going to 8 or 16 teams. I'm for going back to the BCS and let the computers have their say-so.
Not sure if I'm serious about this but I'm already sick of the complaining.

Needs to go to 8 teams immediately IMO.

Lol at the stat with Iowa 2nd in passing yards allowed per game. They played nobody.

I've never thought Hart was a bad hire. He has made a lot of good stuff happen here at UT. I really really enjoyed the Battle at Bristol stuff. That is going to be amazing. The stuff you mentioned is just more stuff to add to a list of good things he has done.

Hawkeye fans seem to be a miserable bunch. Their main message board is extremely pessimistic about the team, this game, their season, and coach Ferentz.

Entertaining 10 pages or so this morning. Looks everyone had our bowl prediction nailed :eek:lol:

I'll work on the pre-game thread later. I've got a busy morning. Go Vols!

Anyone questioning his speed can look around the 3:20 mark. The second big run versus Oklahoma. He was outrunning the safety easily if there wasn't another DB back there. He blew by his angle.

Yep. The problem is that I could probably count on one hand the number of times the line has blocked well enough to give Hurd time to get going full speed.

He's constantly having to break multiple tackles on 4 and 5 yard gains. You can really see what he can do when someone actually gets to the second level and throws a block.
