I would be that extremely loud UT fan screaming Rocky Top all game long until the Iowa fans around me switched their allegiance over to Rocky Top and there ya have it...an entirely new UT section singing Rocky Top :)

Thanks! I am not as knowledgeable about football as the other members in here so I read most the time. Just trying to be a little helpful...:thumbsup:

In order of difficult of the opponents we possibly could have played:

1. Louisville
2. Notre Dame
3. West Virginia
4. Texas




5. Iowa

Seriously...is anyone remotely afraid of this team? We will have a massive talent advantage and they are statistically mediocre in every category. Barnett and Maggitt will feast. Provided the OL doesn't give up 5+ sacks, we should trounce them. Hawkeyes are probably worse than Kentucky overall.

cant be bad for recruiting that we are in a january bowl despite being 6-6. dave hart clearly knows the right people. also, probably helps we are 6th in the nation in attendance!!

does anyone know if EEs in 2015 class will be at practice?

agreed. i only watched iowa-iowa state game sparsely. still dont think they've got a shot.

only thing i would worry about it our health. should be much better in a month though.

Sometimes everything works better than expected. This is one of those times. Finally.

The talent match up is very much in our favor. Get everybody healthy and prepared, especially Jake, and bring home the W. This will help with recruiting not only in this class, but the class that follows. So happy for our fan base as well as the program.

I finished all my finals today, and the Vols got a bowl game where all my girlfriends family in the US lives... Might get to go! It's been a good day, time for beer!

Some people on TV fussing about the playoff system. "We should go to a 64 team system and let the final two teams play 6 games. Why shouldn't Wake Forest and Purdue have a chance to play for the national title." Many are actually talking about going to 8 or 16 teams. I'm for going back to the BCS and let the computers have their say-so.
Not sure if I'm serious about this but I'm already sick of the complaining.
