I was allowed to shoot real guns and also hunted at about 13 alone.
My dad would have gotten an Adrian Peterson style beating from his dad for simply pointing his finger at someone and saying "bang".
You aim at a gun at someone because you intend to kill them. Toy or not. I understand it's a little strict but it's too teach respect for something which purpose is death.
So again I ask the question you ignored last night.
Would you rather have Wilson been beaten senseless and had his weapon taken by Brown? You want an individual that's already showed the propensity for violent and bully behavior to have a weapon?
Because that's exactly what was happening.
I agree. But what you're failing to see is the cops right to defend himself. It very much appeared that this young man was trying to draw his weapon. So he got shot.
The War of Northern Aggression was brought about by Abraham Lincoln, which resulted in the horrible deaths of more than 600,000 American citizens. More deaths than all other American wars combined.
Pierce had nothing to do with Lincoln's war, anymore than Wilson did in defending himself against Brown.
Like I said, I don't think the evidence points to this being the absolute conclusion. There are just too many witness accounts that say so many different things. Once again, it goes back to the point that we will never really know what happened.
Personally, I think Brown got into an altercation with Officer Wilson, in which, he tried to get his gun and punches were thrown. After the initial confrontation, I think Brown initially ran away but then tried to possibly surrender (maybe), based off the evidence I have seen, or he may have charged Wilson at this point, we don't really know. Now if Brown charged again, I understand Wilson's actions, it's the witness testimony that Brown had his hands up trying to surrender that makes this disturbing because that could have happened to.
Every time you post I imagine that you are 35 year old African American man doing the best troll job ever. Then I come back to reality and realize that you are just a sad bigot. It's obvious at least one demographic has zero respect for the law.
Not speaking to him specifically but after reading comments and watching interviews with people across the spectrum I get the impression some believe the cop should have sacrificed his safety and even his life over taking Browns. Even after he was assaulted in his car.

i think you are getting evidence and witness statements confused. the evidence is clear what happened (it can't lie). Somebody already posted the link where one of the 'witnesses' didn't see the event yet still testified that they did and that they had no problem lying. as such their statement doesn't equal evidence.
