Terrible day to do it if you ask me. It's pretty much like announcing it on the weekend when everyone is off work and kids are out of school.

CNN reporting grand jury to wrap up Friday. Authorities want to give police 48 hours notice after that so release Monday.

Yeah, they can't keep when the vote is scheduled a secret. I'm sure they can keep the result under wraps for 2 days.

I found a new fuel additive that burns longer. Gonna be fun to watch.

If I were in charge I would have several false announcements that the decision was forthcoming. Get everyone out ready to protest, let them get cold for a few hours and then tell everyone out has been delayed. I would do this three or four times over the next few days and then do the actual release on Wednesday or December 1st.
