Yeah. There's a video of two white contractors (not from Ferguson), who were doing work in the neighborhood at the time. Don't ask me how in the hell it came about, but the two are apparently watching the event unfold off-camera out in the street ahead of them. If I remember correctly (it's been a couple months since I last saw it), you hear some gun shots, see one contractor raise his hands (hands up) and hear him say something like, "He had his hands up" in a voice of disbelief.
In a court of law, I'm not sure how that video stands or whether or not it serves as reasonable proof; however, up until witnessing that, I was mostly with the Wilson crowd, simply because Brown and his associates didn't strike me as the most credible bunch. That video changed things quite a bit for me though.
