Ferguson Riots

You said he green lighted violence. He did not. You are yet again full of cap.

To cover, you change it to he is not trying to prevent it. He has repeatedly said no violence, protests should be peaceful. What else is he supposed to do?

At any rate, you again exaggerated your original point, to the extent it is completely fair of me to say you lied. You know it. No one is going to jail over it. But you lied.

Hold the course. Yes we can.

So there was no planning or outrage before hand? Come on.

Not to the extents that are happening now.

The major difference is most people know the Officer in question will not be charged and found not guilty. There's likely a few out there that believe in "justice" so to speak, but the vast majority know what the outcome will be.

And they are prepared to exact their pound of flesh from whomever and whatever they want. And nothing short of the National Guard rolling in force to Ferguson and likely the surrounding communities will stop them.

Do the protesters have to have a permit to protest? I'm thinking that they do, since they will be hindering traffic and sidewalks.

First, they probably have one or are poised to get it when the decision comes down. Second, no one is going to enforce that under these circumstances, anyway.

Most of the protestors will be peaceful. Angry, but they won't be hurting anyone or damaging property. Thousands of them will be just fine. But if just a couple of dozen or so start throwing bricks at windows, turning over cars, lighting fires, huge problems are created because of worries that the entire crowd will turn hostile if you try to arrest anyone.

Can't recall the last "white" riot that ended up with convenience store destroyed & a city being looted. #freespeech

They happen all the time when a sports team in Canada wins something. Although Canadians will always apologize before and afterwards.

So they don't fabricate oppression to loot all the free s*** they can get?

There wasn't any looting after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan a couple of years ago, either. Amazing what being raised in a culture that promotes responsibility can do for a person, isn't it?

I really hate it when I have to agree with you.
