I always liked Mizzou before they joined the SEC.

The 5th down; that crazy kicked ball in the endzone that allowed Nebraska another title. Always a scrappy team.

But Derek Dooley has made me hate them now.

I'm trying to put the Florida loss out of my mind. This game is just huge for the Vols. I think they'll be ranked, coming to Neyland. This is a must win game for us. This one is the true corner-turner.

This is a real test. This will show us where we are. Mizzou stands between us and an 8-win season and a pre-season ranking in 2015.

With Dobbs loose, I think we will roll them like a wagon wheel and restore the proper balance lost by Stooley.

Go Vols! Make it five straight wins winning like a BOSS.

haha. I think this is the 1st time I've totally agreed with you. That is at least as far as how I also viewed Mizzou pre SEC east era.

They are not a bad team, but I personally think we whoop dey ass.

Derek Dooley would still be head coach if he hadn't of hired Sal Sunseri. Sal was a blessing in disguise.

Yeah in 20 years when Wiki talks about Mizzu entering the SEC they will mention their 1st conference win was against UT.

It was embarrassing being the 1st win for them. I dont hate them but gosh I want this win.

Did you HAVE to mention his name? Ruin a perfectly good morning. Thanks, Jughead.

i remember at least one article in the pre-season that pointed out that the Mizzou game is the key game for us this season. It's definitely true. It proves that we are a better team than our record suggests and that we should be running the East.

I'm glad Worley got a chance to shine as a senior, and I think he did well being the square peg in the round Bajakian hole. Wish I could give him a standing ovation next week at Senior Day.

But you can't leave victories on the field, especially victories against Florida, for a redshirt. You've got to play the best player at each position.

We would be playing for the SECCG this weekend. All will be forgotten if we get to Atlanta (as we should) next year.

A Vol win over Missouri would be a tremendous come back story for team 118. This should allow the Vol's to continue to stock up on talent and perhaps set the stage for a SEC east championship run in 2015-2016!
Go Vol's

I'm aware of the challenge Missou will present as they are truly very athletic on both sides of the ball and both Hasnborough and Murphy are very good running backs
