This is an exact copy and pasted quote from Volquest.
I know reading between the lines is a bit much to ask of you simpletons but anyone who subscribes to Volquest knows what this means. He's gone. Get over it and move on with your life.
I don't think people have as much a problem with losing Reid as they do in your abrasive and condescending tone in relaying the information from the VQ guys, passing it off as your super secret source, and then chastising those who think Reid is a good running back.
It's not because they are leery the staff is making a wrong decision. Should we not advocate Preston Williams being a VOL because #1 WR Calvin Ridley may listen to one of our coaches.

lost an argument...resort to personal attack.
classy
Couldnt "upgrade" simply mean that they are gonna try and take theee to upgrade our depth as a whole? We are still thin at the position, it'd be nice to add three of possible and I'd like to think Reid would be one of them.
Get out of here with that logic. Upgrade does not simply mean "replace", it can also mean "add to."
However, I do buy the idea that Rocky will peace if we add a 3rd back. If Love commits to us after the Bama game, I think our 3 RB's will be Kamara, Love, and Vaughn.

Guys, chill.
Hubbs is normally reliable, and PFort ain't too bad.
But here's the deal. If the coaches want him to be a part of this class, and he also wants to be a part of this class, then he will be.
But if the coaches do not want him to be a part of this class, or he does not want to be a part of this class, then he will find a place to land, and you have to trust that we have a good reason to let him go, or he has a good reason to move on.
Either way, you can trust that the best move is going to be made for both parties. Schools decide that recruits that are commits are no longer going to be a part of the recruiting class every single year. What you want to do is make sure that you do it early enough to where it doesn't harm the kid, and it doesn't send him scrambling.
IF Butch and Co. have an inclination that Rocky will not be a part of this class, then they should be applauded for letting him know at this point, instead of much further down the road when he has a lot fewer options because classes are filling up.
And IF Butch and Co. have an inclination that Rocky will not be a part of this class, then they should be applauded because it also means that most likely, they have a more talented back that they would like to have, and they are doing what they can to make sure that they get the most talented player that fits their profile possible.
Rocky is a good back, no doubt. But we have to just trust the coaches, and trust that it will all work out, and we'll have the best stable of backs that we could have possibly had.
