D.C. Circuit is going to rehear the decision that the federal exchange can't use subsidies. The earlier decision, by two Republican judges on the court, is withdrawn. Likely to be the opposite result by the full court.

Theoretically, this reduces the likelihood they would take it because, assuming the full court does go the other way, there would be no conflict between the circuit courts to resolve. Not that the high court can't still decide in its discretion to accept jurisdiction, but it would not surprise me in the least if they turned it down on grounds it is a political dispute, not a legal one.

Not to mention the delay this is going to cause and possibility the issue will be fixed or otherwise moot.

You know if the democrats hadn't rammed the bill through congress on a party line vote, a lot of this could have been avoided.

With the amount of amending it would require they would be better served to repeal and start over. It's a giant, expensive turd

This is easy, obamacare has not been fully implemented. Therefore these things haven't materialized. And for good reason, elections are coming up.
